Leaderboard Programs Terms

2.1. In order to qualify for the $BIGTIME Leaderboard:

2.1.1 You need to create a Marketplace Account with Open Loot.

2.1.2. You must perform actions within the Big Time Platform (the “Actions”)  to gain points (the “Points”) that will in return determine the reward tier (the “Reward Tier”) in which the player will be positioned. The more Points one player obtains the higher the Reward Tier they could position in, and the more $BIGTIME tokens they could receive (the “Reward”). The $BIGTIME Leaderboard will display the top eligible players (the “Participants”) as per the available reward slots (the “Reward Slots”) and said Leaderboard will be updated daily.

2.1.3. The Actions you must partake in, will grant points on a low, medium, and high basis depending on the complexity of the task; the harder the action, the bigger the Reward. The exact value of the Points to be earned by said Actions as well as the formula to calculate them will not be displayed in advance. It is in the BTS´s sole discretion that these actions are determined and said decisions will be communicated to its users through the necessary channels, including but not limited to, posts in social media (such as Media, X or the Discord Channel) and the Big-Time Wiki webpage.

Additional Points will only be achieved if you fully meet the criteria of the challenge, meaning, only successful participants will receive said Points. You must complete the tasks within each Weekly Challenge for which you will only be awarded the Points assigned to that particular task. If you complete all tasks contained in the Weekly Challenge you will be awarded all the points assigned to the Weekly Challenge. Each task may require more than one action to be completed. Challenges completed outside their stipulated period will not grant you any Points. For tasks related to Crafting, the completion time of the task will determine whether it was completed on time.

2.1.4. Rewards for each Leaderboard will be distributed among all Participants who have secured a Reward Slot in their Marketplace Account. The amount each Participant receives will depend on the Reward Tier they are placed in and can vary by Leaderboard. Once a Leaderboard ends, the Rewards will be distributed through airdrops

BTS may audit all results and, as a consequence, delay or decline the distribution of Rewards, adjust leaderboard point allocations, and/or terminate or suspend your account if misuse of the $BIGTIME Leaderboard conditions is corroborated. Misuse can include, but is not limited to: collusion between players, manipulation of game speed or system timing, paying other users to perform specific actions, selling, distributing, or using exploits to gain an unfair advantage, fraudulently completing KYC requirements, sharing accounts or using multiple accounts to manipulate results, exploiting bugs or glitches to generate in-game activities that result in rewards, using unauthorized third-party software, scripts, or bots to automate gameplay or gain advantages, coordinating with others to manipulate leaderboard standings or results, falsifying or tampering with game data or results through external tools or methods, engaging in deceptive behavior to obscure violations or misuse, or abusing any in-game mechanics or systems in ways not intended by the developers to unfairly generate points or rewards.

2.2. In order to qualify for the Referral Leaderboard:

2.2.1 You need to create a Marketplace Account.

2.2.2. You must refer people to join the Platform (the “Recruits”) and ensure they engage in In-Game Activities within the Platform to earn Points and determine your Reward Tier. The more Points one player obtains the higher the Reward Tier they could position in, and the bigger the Reward. The Referral Leaderboard will display the top Participants as per the available Reward Slots and said Leaderboard will be updated daily.

Only the Recruits that have been recruited after the commencement of the Leaderboard will have the ability to contribute points.

The decision to consider a Recruit as valid and therefore habilitate the Points that you would earn for their In-Game Activities remains with BTS at all times.

2.2.3. Rewards for each Leaderboard will be distributed among all Participants who have secured a Reward Slot in their Marketplace Account. The amount each Participant receives will depend on the Reward Tier they are placed in and can vary by Leaderboard. Once a Leaderboard ends, the Rewards will be distributed through airdrops. For the Referral Leaderboard, BTS has allocated a total of 2.5 Million $BIGTIME tokens to be distributed amongst 350 users.

BTS may audit all results and validity of Recruits and, as a consequence, delay or decline the distribution of Rewards and/or terminate or suspend your account if misuse of the Referral Leaderboard conditions is corroborated. Misuse can include, but is not limited to: Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself or otherwise attempting to claim rewards from your own actions; generating fake accounts or using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to simulate recruits; misleading recruits about the terms of the referral program or making false promises to encourage participation; offering monetary rewards, gifts, or other incentives to recruits solely for completing the required activities; sharing recruit accounts or assisting recruits in meeting activity requirements, such as playing on their behalf or completing activities for them; identifying and exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended program mechanics to generate referral rewards unfairly; promoting referral codes or links in unauthorized or inappropriate forums, including spamming social media, forums, or other platforms; coercing or manipulating recruits into completing activities in ways that violate game rules or the intended spirit of the referral program; assisting recruits in bypassing or falsifying Know Your Customer (KYC) verification processes; coordinating with others to artificially inflate referrals or create an unfair advantage; mass-creating accounts for potential recruits through shared devices or IP addresses to manipulate the program; selling, buying, or trading referral codes or links to gain additional recruits or rewards, using another person’s personal or account information to create recruit accounts without their consent; impersonating another user, recruit, or representative of BTS to gain program rewards; engaging in any activity that undermines the fairness, integrity, or intent of the referral program.

4.1. DISCLAIMER

You acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Leaderboards is at your own risk. The Leaderboards are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You acknowledge and agree that BTS has no control over, and no duty to take any action regarding: what effects the Leaderboards may have on you; how you may interpret or use the Leaderboards and its Rewards; or what actions you may take or fail to take as a result of having been exposed to the Leaderboards. You release BTS from all liability for your inability to access the Rewards and the Leaderboards or any content therein.
